Annual Fees
The UM Foundation's annual fees (including the UM Foundation's
administrative fee, multiple "world class"
investment managers, custodian
bank and investment advisory services to the UM Foundation, etc.) are between
0.98% of market value and 1.39% of market value per annum
(calculated 1/12 each
month). The annual fee per
Fund is dependent upon the number of investment
managers in each of our Funds and their
respective weight in
each Fund.

The greater the weight of equity managers in a fund the higher the total fee.
In a discussion of annual fees it is pertinent to reflect upon the Total
