    Q.    What is a unitrust?

    A.    There is a set pay-out percentage amount agreed upon with a unitrust arrangement (no less than 5%
            of market value).  Future year's payments are determined annually by using the agreed upon percentage
            pay-out rate of the annual market valuation of the fund every December 31.



    Q.  What is the minimum gift that can be used to establish a unitrust?

    A.  A unitrust requires a minimum of a $50,000 gift.


    Q.  How many beneficiaries can a unitrust have?

    A.  A unitrust can have a maximum of four (4) income beneficiaries.


    Q.  Are there other ways to make a planned gift?

    A.  Absolutely.
